Why you need a birth photographer.
This beautiful video is a collaboration of myself and 66 other birth photographers,
it was put together by the very talented New Creations Photography.
It shows what happens when birth partners are able to put your camera down,
and give you the unending support you need.

Treasure the moment....
It's the biggest moment of your life.
Your body is working harder than it's ever worked,
it's as mentally taxing as it is physically taxing.
How could you ever forget one precious detail?
Unfortunately, all too often, we do.
In fact, my first two births are complete blurs.
Even the many of the details of my more recent, no-medicated birth
are a bit fuzzy.
What I would give to be able to go back and have a photographer there to document them.
These are the details, I want to help you hold on to.
This is 'big' brother cutting the cord.
Mom, is resting with baby on her chest,
dad, is helping big brother hold the scissors,
the nurse is holding big brother, and the midwife is holding the cord.
The massive team effort here to let big brother in on the birth was beautiful.
It's a moment this family will treasure for ever.
